Title: User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Lead
Hybrid: 3 Days in Office Required Open to Digital Hubs in Chicago, IL Or Minneapolis, MN Only
Duration: 12+Months Contract
Top Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in user acceptance testing with a track record of delivery.
- Must be comfortable working with business stakeholders through the testing process.
- 5+ years of Banking internal product experience, and excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills.
- 5+ years of experience working in Scrum or Kanban agile environments, with some Waterfall aspects that accompany a highly regulated banking industry.
- 5+ years of experience in cross-Project, Business, Product, and Technology teams to define and tailor a testing strategy and plan for a complex platform.
- The Team: We have 4 Product Managers (Offshore, Minneapolis, Chicago), while our Technical leadership sits in San Francisco and Atlanta, and most of our engineering and testing staff sit in India.
User Acceptance Testing Lead Description
Who you are:
- 5+ years of User Acceptance Testing Lead experience for internal or external products within an Agile or Hybrid delivery environment. Must have 5+ years with cross-coordination with Product, Technology, DevOps, QA, and Business Lines (Customers).

- Preferred Banking technology testing experience.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Info Systems, Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in user acceptance testing with a track record of delivery. Must be comfortable working with business stakeholders through the testing process.
- 5+ years of experience working in Scrum or Kanban agile environments, with some Waterfall aspects that accompany a highly regulated banking industry.
- Work with cross-Project, Business, Product, and Technology teams to define and tailor a testing strategy and plan for a complex platform.
- 5+ years for leading on UAT and test plan strategies (positive and negative testing).
- 5+ years for leading on test artifacts such as test strategy, test plan and test closure documents.
- 5+ years managing and coordinating test planning and test execution activities.
- 5+ years in planning and development of test cases and validate complete test coverage.
- Ensure team follows governance standards and protocols as defined within the SDLC.
- Document risks and provide timely escalation of issues, partner with the team to assess options and provide recommendations for prompt resolution.
- Create test execution, defect status and other reports.
- Facilitate and manage defect triage and planning meetings
- Engage in and participate in all ceremonies, meetings, and operating routines to ensure successful delivery.
- Effectively manage timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing.
- Lead with adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Demonstrated experience enhancing communication between technical teams and business lines/stakeholders.
- Proven success in collaborating, influencing, and driving decisions with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient Jira, Jira Test Framework, Confluence, Mural, Powerpoint, and Excel.
- Proficient in Scrum, Kanban, or Hybrid delivery models.
